One month after the devastating earthquake, Port-au-Prince residents are trying to piece their lives back together. As bulldozers clear rubble, quake victims move in to scavenge for wood, bricks and metal -- anything that can be used to build new homes.

Celsio Lopez, Dominican Bulldozer driver says "We're putting all the rubble over there and trying to reassemble objects here so we can clear the site where the police station was."
Scavenging through rubble for salable objects
Edmond Dimanche, craftsman says "There's lots of scrap metal here and other objects. We make a little bit of money out of it - maybe five or six Haitian dollars."
