About:
Videocrux enables you to take a sneak peek inside a video! And of course that's cool. We do this in following ways:
Table of Contents: The first way to look inside the video is Table of Contents(TOC) to a video. This is the same as that found in the beginning of a book that tells you precisely what you are expected to find in the book and where. The pages are numbered and one can open the exact page to find the precise point. In a remarkably same manner we at Videocrux have provided a TOC(table of contents) to each video. Our custom video player displays the TOC alongside the video.
This TOC has indexes and index descriptions. Indexes are points within the video; their titles tell us as to what they are about. Descriptions, which are found on clicking at the "Read More" right under, tell us the details that they contain.
The exciting part of course is that these indexes are time-linked. This means that clicking them, takes one to that exact point within the video and the viewing can start or restart from right here.
Trailer: The second way to look inside the video is another cool feature made to order at Videocrux. To the bottom right of each video thumbnail one finds a 'T', which stands for trailer. Clicking on this will pop-up a short promo/trailer of the specific video and you can decide if you are really interested in the entire video, else move on to the next.

We enhance each video, we touch with rich metadata of what you see in the form of indexes and descriptions while adding other attributes like venue, quotes and people. This is Videocrux's proprietary Human Powered solution that makes it more accurate and intelligent.

Search: Rich and dense metadata leads to better and deeper search. Search on Videocrux is thus much more gratifying. Results shown are in the form of:
   * Full Videos
   * Clips (Videos that are parts of the main video)
   * Indexes (Points within the video, so you begin viewing from exact point of interest)

What more you can do:
   * You can make your own indexes and clips. Just drag the slider to the desired point on the video and click on the green '+' sign that
      appears on hover. You will need a login for this. You may get one either by Sign up or use Facebook connect.
   * Once you are logged in, you can even have your own playlist!
   * You can rate the Video/Clip/Index as well as comment on them. Just check out the icons above the video.
   * You can share the Video/Clip/Index through e-mails or on Facebook.
   * You can tweet the videos.
